Traditionally, yoga teachers shared their knowledge with students on a one on one basis. The truth is yoga is not a 'one size fits all' practice. Every body is unique; every student is seeking something slightly different from their yoga practice; and every individual learns in a different way.
Whether you're new to yoga and wanting individual guidance on alignment; you're working with an injury; or you're hoping to deepen a particular aspect of your yoga practice, private classes could be the answer. Every aspect of a one on one session is tailored specifically for YOU, supporting you to become healthy, happy and self-aware... and you can develop your practice in a location you feel comfortable, whether that be at home, in a park or on the beach
Private classes generally run for 60 minutes, at a rate of $80 per hour.
